How to change the line on models 5600 or 8030
Remove the old line

To remove the old line look around the side of the head between the 2 eyelets.
You will see a loop of line between them.
Push one end of the line towards the head to push the loop up.
Pull on the loop to remove the line. Do the same on the other side.

Push the line into the head
Look around the side of the head between the two eyelets, where the loop of the old line used to be.
You'll see two small rectangular holes really close together.
Take a new piece of line and fold it in half. Insert one end in each of the small square holes.

Keep pushing the line until the ends come out of the metal eyelets.
Pull the ends of the line to make it even on both sides.
Do the same thing on the other side with a second piece of line.
You are done!

If you just insert the lines into the head without weaving" them as instructed above, the lines will come out.
If the line comes out as soon as you start your trimmer, make sure you followed the instructions above.
